We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.
How accessible this website is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to:
- use the whole website with just a keyboard
- use it with a screen reader
- zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
- read everything, because text has enough contrast with its background
- use every tool without JavaScript. The only thing that needs JavaScript is the Copy address button
Known issues
We check the website with automated testing tools and by hand. We don't know of any problems at the moment. Some older PDF reports may not be fully accessible. If you need one in another format, ask us.
Getting information in another format
If you need information from this website on paper, in large print, read out to you, or in another format:
- ask at any post office
- call any post office during opening hours
- write to Kings Mail Customer Services, Crownhall, 2 Palace Road, Tentincon, T1 01
- email [email protected]
Nobody can be refused ordinary postal service because they can't use digital services (Kings Mail and National Addressing Act 2026, s.5A).
